💡 Tips from the pros
- Use STAR for experience questions: Situation, Task, Action, Result.
- Use the present perfect for experience: "I've worked…", "I've managed…".
- Give numbers: "increased sales by 20%" is far stronger than "increased sales a lot".
- Prepare 2 questions to ask at the end — it shows real interest.
- Practise your "Tell me about yourself" answer out loud until it takes 60–90 seconds.
