How to start

  1. Create a free account and fill in your teacher profile.
  2. Our team reviews your profile (usually within a few days).
  3. Connect Stripe to receive payouts (identity check and bank details).
  4. Add your free times — students can book you right away.

Questions

How much do I earn?

You set your own price for a 60-minute class (shorter classes cost less). You keep 80% of each class price; Fluenra keeps 20% for finding students, payments, video rooms and support.

When and how am I paid?

Students pay when they book. About 24 hours after each class — if no problem is reported — your share is sent to your Stripe account, and Stripe pays it to your bank.

What if a student cancels?

If a student cancels at least 24 hours before the class, they get a refund and the time becomes free again. If they cancel later, you are still paid.

Who can teach?

Adults (18+) who can teach one of our subjects well, live in a country where Stripe can send payouts, and pass our profile review. You are an independent teacher, not an employee, and you handle your own taxes.

Do I need special software?

No. Classes happen in private video rooms that open from the app, or with your own Zoom or Google Meet link.

  • You must be 18 or older and accept the teacher agreement when you apply.
  • Never take payments outside Fluenra — it protects you and your students.
